Ask the LongTable assistant which plan your club needs. It reads your real member count and what you want, says which plan fits and why, and gives you a link to Billing to pay on Stripe's page.
Why use it
You get one plain answer from your club's own numbers, not a comparison table.
If your plan already covers the club, it says so and you change nothing.
It never buys or changes anything and never asks for your card: you confirm on the billing page.
Ask which plan fits
Select the assistant button at the bottom right.

Ask, for example, “We need room for more members” or “Which plan do we need?”
Read its answer: which plan fits, and why.
Select the link it gives you to Billing. Billing opens with that plan's confirmation ready.
Select Continue to checkout and pay on Stripe's page. If your club already pays for a plan, you confirm the change instead, and Stripe's billing page opens in a new tab.

Back in the assistant, tell it you're back. It checks that the new plan is on.
The assistant never asks for your card. A club gets one 30-day demo, ever, and the assistant never promises one your club has already used.
If something goes wrong
You don't see the assistant button. An admin may have turned the assistant off. They can turn it back on under Configuration › Club, in Features: turn on Assistant.
This club has used its AI credits, so I can’t answer anything new. A change already proposed above can still be confirmed. Choose a plan yourself from Billing, or wait for your AI credits to reset next month. If your club is still in its demo, the assistant shows This club is on a demo allowance instead, and its full allowance starts once the first payment goes through. Select Start paying now, or, if you can't pay, ask a billing manager.
The assistant says Stripe hasn't confirmed the plan yet: wait a minute and ask again.
