Pay what you owe your club online, from My invoices in LongTable. You pay on Stripe's secure page, and every invoice stays on your list afterwards.
Why use it
Pay your dues in a minute from your phone or computer, with no cash or checks to hand over.
See what you owe in one place, across every club you belong to.
Keep a record: each paid invoice shows the date you paid.
Let one person pay for the household, and still see every invoice yourself.
Pay an invoice
Select your picture at the top right.
Select My invoices.

Select the invoice. Each one shows its club, who it's for and who gets it, its due date, and its status, such as Open, Late or Paid.
Select Pay securely with Stripe. On a late invoice the button reads differently, such as Pay or retry with Stripe, and works the same way.
Finish the payment on Stripe's page. LongTable never collects your card details.
My invoices appears in the menu once one of your clubs has set up invoicing, or a club bills someone in your household.
Once Stripe confirms your payment, the invoice shows Paid and the date. The person who pays can select View Stripe receipt to open the receipt in a new tab.
If a payment doesn't go through, the invoice stays unpaid. Open it again and select the pay button to try again.
The person who gets the invoice also receives it by email.
An invoice marked Void was canceled by your club, and nothing is due. If your club recorded a payment you made in person, the invoice says so.
Decide who pays your invoices
Should you pay your own invoices, or should someone else? Most members pay their own. When someone else should, there are two ways, and they reach different distances.
You pay — how it starts. Choose it when you handle your own dues. Your club's invoices come to you by email, and wait under Your invoices in My invoices.
Someone in your household — choose it when one person pays for the household at every club, such as an adult who pays for a teenager's team and their own club. Your household's organizer chooses who gets the bills on the Household tab, and it applies at every club that bills you, with nothing to ask any club. Everyone in your household sees your invoices.
Someone your club names — choose it when someone pays for you at one club only, or isn't in your household, such as someone who covers a season of lessons. Ask the club's treasurer or admin to send your invoices to them. It takes effect at once, and nobody has to accept. When the club sends your invoices to an email address, you get an email, … now sends your invoices to …, that offers to add that person to your household. Saying no changes nothing at the club. At that club, the club's choice wins over your household.
Whoever pays, you still see your own invoices under Your invoices, with … gets the invoice naming who gets each one. You can still pay one yourself.
You can change your mind: ask your household's organizer, or the club. When your household changes who pays, the change applies to the next invoice; one already sent stays with whoever got it. When the club changes it, the open invoices nobody has started paying are canceled and sent again to the new payer, and whoever had them gets an email, You no longer need to pay these. A late invoice that moves is due the same day. An invoice someone has paid part of, or paid in person, stays where it is.
Pay for someone else
You can pay for another person in two ways:
Your household: invoices for the people in your household appear in My invoices, each under Invoices for and the person's name. That covers every club that bills them, even one you don't belong to. To start a household, select Household in the menu under your picture, then Invite someone, or Add someone by name for someone who doesn't sign in. You pay for anyone you add by name, until you choose someone else. When a club's invitation is answered for someone in your household, that club's invoices for them appear here too. See Set up a household.

A club's choice: a club can send one of its members' invoices to you by choosing you or your email address. That applies at that club only, and the club decides it, not your household. Nobody asks you first, but you get an email, You now pay … invoices for …. Any of that member's open invoices nobody has started paying move to you, and each one arrives in its own email with a link to pay it.
Paying for someone at a club gives you no other access to that club, gives them no login, and changes no household. To stop paying for them, ask the club: only the club can change it.
Who to ask about an invoice
Your invoice is from your club, not from LongTable. The agreement and the money are between you and your club. Your club uses Stripe, a payment processor, to take your payment and pay it into the club's bank account. LongTable is the tool your club uses to send invoices and show you what you owe.
A question about a charge, such as the amount, the due date, or whether something can be waived: ask your club's treasurer or admin. Only your club can change or cancel an invoice.
A refund, or a payment you think is wrong, such as being charged twice: ask your club first. Your club decides on refunds, and Stripe sends the money back to you.
A payment you can't sort out with your club: you can ask your bank or card company to take it back. That is a dispute: Stripe handles it, and your club answers it through Stripe.
LongTable doesn't hold your payment. We can't refund it, cancel an invoice, or settle a disagreement about money between you and your club.
